In heated oil / ghee, fry onions till golden, then add ginger, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes and keep stirring for few minutes. Now add meat, yogurt, Kisan Bombay Biryani Recipe Mix with half cup water and cook till meat is tender. |

When meat is almost tender, add potatoes and cook on low flame for a few minutes. When the gravy separates from oil / ghee, top it with lemon, mint and coriander and remove from flame. |

Separately boil 12-15 glasses of water with 4 teaspoons of salt and add soaked rice. Keep stirring and boil the rice till almost done. Remove from flame and drain the water. |

Place cooked meat and rice in two layers, add food colour randomly and cover to cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Remove from flame. |
