Fry onion in hot Kisan oil / ghee till golden brown. Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cook for few minutes. |

Add meat, yogurt, green chillies, Kisan Biryani Recipe Mix, half cup water and cook till the meat is tender. Then add potatoes and cook on low flame till masala leaves the oil / ghee. Add mint and remove from flame.

Separately in 12-15 glasses of water add 4 teaspoons of salt and bring water to boil, add soaked rice. Boil the rice until nearly done and almost tender then remove from stove and drain the water. |

Spread the cooked Meat curry over the Rice in 2 layers, add food colour randomly and cover to cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Remove from flame. |
