Separately in a plastic or steel bowl put meat and add yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and Kisan Mutton Handi Recipe Mix. Mix well and marinate for one hour to marinate. |

Heat Kisan ghee / oil, add tomatoes, keep stirring and cook on low flame till tomatoes water almost dries. |

Add the marinated chicken in the tomato mixture and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. When meat is tender and Kisan ghee / oil leaves the gravy, add in cream and remove from flame. |
