In half cup of heated Kisan oil / ghee, add in ginger, garlic, meat and stir for few minutes. Then add 1-2 cups of water, Kisan Chicken Karahi Recipe Mix and cook on low flame till meat is tender. |

Separately heat the remaining Kisan Oil / Ghee and add tomatoes, fry them till the water is dried. |

In the cooked meat, add in ready tomatoes mixture, green chilies and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and keep stirring till Kisan ghee / oil separates from the gravy. |

Garnish with juliennes of ginger and chopped coriander then remove from flame. |
