In half cup of heated Kisan oil / ghee, add ginger, garlic, meat and stir for a few minutes. Then add 3-4 glass of water, Kisan Mutton Karachi Recipe Mix and cook on low flame till meat is tender. |

Separately heat the remaining Kisan Oil / Ghee and add tomatoes, fry till the water dries. |

In the cooked meat, add in ready tomatoes mixture, green chilies and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. Keep stirring till ghee/ oil separates from the gravy. |

Garnish with juliennes of ginger and chopped coriander then remove from flame. |
