In 6-8 glass of boiling water add Paya (trotters), onions, ginger & garlic, Kisan Paya Recipe Mix and cover to cook until almost tender (for at least 4-5 hours).

When Paya (trotters) are tender and water almost dries, add 1 cup Kisan ghee / oil and fry for 15 minutes.

Add 8-10 glass of water and cook for 2-3 hours on low flame and then remove from flame.
Delicious Paya (trotters) are ready.
Garnish with lemon, green coriander, green chillies, Kisan Chaat
Recipe Mix and serve it with naans, chappati or boiled white rice.
