Fry onions in Kisan oil / ghee till golden brown, remove onions from oil / ghee and crush them. |

In the same Kisan ghee / oil add garlic, meat, yogurt, ginger and Kisan Qorma Recipe Mix and fry for few minutes. Add 1-2 cups of water and cook on low flame till the meat is tender. Add fried crushed onions and stir for few minutes. |

For gravy add water, ginger, kewra and cover to cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes until oil / ghee separates from masala. |
