To minced meat add, onions, dal chana, garlic, ginger, Kisan Shami Kabab Recipe Mix with 4-6 glasses of water and cook on low flame till the meat and dal-chana is tender. |

After meat is tender and water has dried, remove from flame and grind the mix to a coarse paste. |

In the meat mixture, add finely chopped, green chilies, coriander, mint leaves egg and knead the mixture again. Make round and flat shaped Kababs. |

Heat Kisan ghee / oil, fry the Kababs till golden brown. |
