Wash the meat and make deep cuts with a knife on the pieces. |

In a steel or plastic bowl mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and Kisan Tikka Recipe Mix and apply lavishly to the meat portions. Cover and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. |

Put the meat on skewers. Grill on low flame of coal or gas and keep revolving. When the meat becomes a little tender, brush Kisan oil / ghee on the meat, keep grilling and revolving till the meat is tender. Mouth watering tikka is ready.
